When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, work email, phone number (if given), company, and the message you write. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels on this site.
Enquiry details are used only to respond to your request — to schedule a call, scope an engagement, or answer a question. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we run no newsletter or drip sequence.
Contact form submissions are processed through a third-party form-delivery service before reaching our inbox. That provider acts strictly as a processor and does not use your data for its own purposes.
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement plus the period required by applicable tax and contract law.
You may ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@vasudhatech.in and we will action the request within a reasonable time.
We will update the effective date above whenever this policy changes materially. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
